  • Full transparency & traceability of every pound of plastic waste for recycling from stores, DC’s & hubs, shipped to recycling mills and remanufacturing facilities.

  • Verified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensure compliance and consistency.

  • Chain-of-custody integrity validated by 3rd-party audits conducted from Intertek.

  • Supports ESG & EPR goals, safeguards against greenwashing, builds brand trust.

FDA and PCR Content % Certifications

  • Completed the plastic industry’s 1st ever Polystyrene FDA NOL certification for our NEXTLIFE collaboration with Walmart and Dell.

  • For our TN Plastic Hanger Recycling Facility that we designed, built, and operated to recycle over 1 billion mixed contaminated PCR plastic shipping hangers, we completed a Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) to verify an 80% carbon footprint reduction for our PCR sustainable resins.

  • Completed a PE Plastic Bag Sustainable Raw Material PCR Content % certification at our wash recycling facility.  

  • Completed a PCR Content % certification through Intertek for our Apex CIRQBOARD Sustainable Polymer Sheet product line to verify 74% PCR content, with each polymer sheet made from 1,620 recycled plastic bags.
